1. Data controller and project status

The data controller is the app operator — an individual person (no registered company as of the update date). Contact: artem.yablochnyi@gmail.com. The service is currently provided free of charge.

2. Data categories

• Account data: phone number (OTP login), email (if provided).
• Organization/salon data: name, address, description, schedule, settings, files and images.
• Client data entered by salons: name, phone, notes, visit history, agreements and signatures.
• Technical data: system logs, device/push tokens, and data required for security and diagnostics.

3. Processing purposes

• Providing app functionality (calendar, CRM, bookings, notifications).
• Security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
• Handling user requests (for example data export or anonymization).

4. Data recipients

Data may be processed by infrastructure and communication providers only to the extent required to deliver features.

5. Retention and backups

Production data is stored for as long as needed to provide the service and to maintain security/support operations. Backup copies and their retention periods depend on the active deployment configuration, so exact durations may differ between environments.
